Every order is baked fresh and carefully packaged to ensure your cookies arrive ready to enjoy.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holidays, special promotions, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Delicias de Fer is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Delivery

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Once a package has been handed over to the carrier, Delicias de Fer is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Warm Weather

Because our products are made with real ingredients, warm temperatures may affect their appearance during transit. While chocolate or other ingredients may soften or melt, this does not affect the quality or taste of the product.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on food products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and product so we can review your request. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will gladly work with you to find an appropriate solution whenever possible.
