How fresh are your cookies?

Every order is baked fresh before shipping to ensure the best taste and quality.

How should I store my cookies?

Store your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5–7 days. For longer storage, freeze them for up to 3 months and thaw at room temperature before enjoying.

How large are the cookies?

Our gourmet cookies are approximately 3.5 oz each, making them a generous bakery style treat.

Do you offer gift orders?

Yes! Our cookies make a wonderful gift. If you'd like to include a gift message, leave a note at checkout.

Do you offer local pickup?

If local pickup is available, it will appear as an option during checkout.

Do your cookies contain allergens?

Our products are made in a kitchen where common allergens are present, including wheat, milk, eggs, soy, peanuts, and tree nuts. Because cross-contact may occur, we cannot guarantee that any product is free of allergens.

If you have a food allergy or severe sensitivity, we strongly recommend that you do not consume our products.

Can I customize my order?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for food items.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or you experience an issue with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the package and product, and we'll review the situation and do our best to make it right.
