My love for baking began long before I ever imagined owning a business. I've been baking for as long as I could reach the oven to turn it on. Growing up, I was always in the kitchen making desserts for my family, friends, and simply for the joy of baking.

I enjoyed baking at home and with friends as a hobby, until everything changed on September 2018, when one of my mom's friends asked if I could make a cake a baby shower. I was equal parts excited, surprised, and terrified—but I said yes. That cake became my very first sale and marked the official beginning of Delicias de Fer.

Since then, what started as a hobby has grown into something I could have only dreamed of, thanks to the incredible support of my customers. Every order, recommendation, and kind word has allowed me to continue doing what I love, and I truly wouldn't be here without the people who have trusted me to be part of their most special moments.

I grew up in the beautiful town of Avalon on Catalina Island, where many of my loyal customers are still located today. Their continued support has meant the world to me, and now I'm excited to share Delicias de Fer with even more people beyond the island.

While I specialize in custom cakes, dessert tables, and sweet treats for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and other celebrations, my website features a selection of my favorite baked goods that can be shipped so more people can enjoy Delicias de Fer from wherever they are. My Tres Leches Cake, Cheesecakes, Cookies and homemade Cinnamon Rolls have become customer favorites, and I'm excited to continue sharing my passion for baking with even more communities.

As a licensed California Cottage Food Operation based in Long Beach, every cookie and dessert is handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients, attention to detail, and a whole lot of love.
